During renovations of an out house in rural Pennsylvania, home owners discovered a metal case full of letters and documents, including letters from Rackham’s ship master Mr Fetherstone to his wife. Burleigh bought these when they were sold online in 2011 and have since been authenticated against similar documents at New Providence Museum.
